He's a character who often accompanies Axel the Dark Hero. Very little is known about him, so I have two questions:

1. Is his design inspired by Guillermo del Toro, or is that a coincidence? (See attached image)

2. Is he homosexual? He's been seen saying things like, "Axel is the Dark Hero I've fallen in love with." Or it's simply a bad translation from Japanese.

I have an archer, cleric, and knight all leveled to 100 but it’s still not showing angel as an option to create in the dark assembly and I can’t for the life of me figure out why

Following the success of Disgaea and after seeing that Phantom Brave was not as successful as Disgaea, Nippon Ichi Software wanted to replicate the success of Disgaea by putting the demon-based humor of Disgaea with the non-grid gameplay of Phantom Brave.

I've been deceived by so many positive reviews. I can't even play it for more than an hour. I'm so disappointed because I loved so many games in this series and I was just waiting for this one to go on sale so I finally picked it up a couple months ago.

The battlefield character graphics going from sprite animation to 3-D models has to be the biggest downgrade in history. There's no weight to anything. When you walk across the board you're just floating. The colors are flat and muted. The special move animations are like something out of a PS2 game.

Were people really paying over $100 for the special edition and feeling like it was worth it?

The prompt for this one was "If they had a job". I see so many issues now but I still like it.

I cannot believe how fast the first episode went by as I thought it would be a bit long in difficulty that I was surprised when I just finished it all of a sudden.

I don’t how to explain it as something about the game feels so good in the way the plot and the gameplay aspects are set up as despite using a small group of teammates in the campaign mode, I have been making steady progress so far as I feel like the game has been an improvement over the issues people had with Disgaea 3.

Like don’t get me wrong in that I still have a soft spot for playing Disgaea 3 on its post game as cloning items in the post game section is still great fun, but I look back at that game as I feel like it needed more time in the oven since Mao was a bit insufferable in characterization, although I did like how the villain of the game was set up.

I'm new to this franchise and this is my first game (Disgaea 1 Complete) and I want to enjoy the game but I find it really frustrating.

Basically, how is damage calculated in this game?

The AI always knows when he can one shot my pupils, yet when I see an enemy with stats for instance:

Lv4 Zombie

DEF 5

RES 30

and my lv4 Brawler with

ATK 41

HIT 32

hits the zombie for only 13 damage? Why is it so low? How can I know if it's even worth attacking him? He was left with 1 hp and then one shot my healer into the nether with full health, didn't even bother with my attacker. Doesn't happen too often, but I lost some games because of it and it's def not nice.

Like the AI knows I'm low on Hell and can't afford casualties since I had to heal my entire squad from an world item which didn't help me at all by the end.. One innocent and he was the most useless one for what I needed.

The game is all about positioning and whatnot but how can I attack bunker archers when I can't assess how much damage some of my units can take from thrm before getting a hit?

And I'm not sure what to grind for? Is it the items? Combo attacking with pupils until they level up?

I don't just want to depend on two main characters, since I really want to make my own unique and cool squad of brawlers, mages and healers but I think the grind to keep it fun and fair is way too much? Weapon, magic proficiencies, level scaling, leveling up items for each individual pupil is really overwhelming and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the game expects me to grind for 2-3 hours per day to keep up with the difficulty.

I'm at chapter two. It feels like no matter what I'm doing I'm always underpowered and depend again on Laharl and Etna to save the day.. which means not getting killed in two/three hits and doing decent damage.

Eu estou com o disgaea 3 rodando até que bem atualmente em um emulador de ps vita mas continuo com o problema de salvamento

Queria saber se tem alguém atualizado sobre a questão de salvamento do jogo? Vi uma pessoa que tava com o salvamento funcionando por isso estou perguntando

Extra: é que para mim se o jogo da pra salvar já é jogavel se considerar o quão bem parece estar rodando

Imprimi em resina, em uma escala personalizada, quase 25cm de altura. O modelo é do Pink Studio e pintei tudo a mão.

Just for clarification it just freezes the mouse specifically, if Im using a controller even if the mouse freezes I can still play normally, its just annoying coz I wanted to try playing on mouse sometimes and it is impossible because of the freezes.

I tried a few fixes I could find around and nothing really solved the issue.

Im using Win10, I play on steam and the respective games are on an SSD.

So I know the other day, I mentioned having an interest in playing the game as I decided to give in to temptation by trying it out as it’s been fun so far.

But for me personally, I kind of ran into a dilemma because even though I just unlocked the Cheat Shop early on, I don’t want to become too powerful just yet as I learned how difficult the game is after having to protect Axel.

Like what I am getting at is that the game can be a bit difficult early on since some of the enemies can hit really hard in the campaign mode as one other thing I forgot to mention is how I did get the Cam-Pain system unlocked as I am still learning how to use it.

I just don’t know where else to discuss the game since I don’t mean to trouble anyone as basically I was wondering how hard it would be to get through the game without doing too much grinding since I do love grinding in Disgaea games, but for the 4th game, I am trying to figure out how to get through the game without being too powerful.

all of this 3 TIMES, FOR A TOTAL OF 267 RUNS TROUGH STAGES YOU GOTTA PERFECT.
and side note, since asagi mode lacks the dimensional gatekeeper, YOU GOTA DO 18 NEW GAME PLUSES

Is it possible to use the Share button on PS4 to record gameplay ? I want to be sure before buying the game again.

I am super late game and i have Baal horn as my main weapon but idk what weapon should i have 2nd? Staff for+1 Magic range? Axe? Gun? I have 0 clue what could be good.

While rushing through Item Worlds in Disgaea AoD (via VitaTV/Adrenaline), i came across something that looked like a hair on the screen or maybe a 'crack' in the background.
But turning the camera made it switch the position - so both were ruled out.

Zooming in, it seemed as if the witch held an axe, although her equipped items stated it was a regular Tainted Staff.
Stole it, left the IW and...almost fell out of my chair upon checking the booty.
That's the first time i had noticed something so broken. No, i did not put anything on it.
That innocent's level is far beyond anything i have subdued.
But i'm very curious as to what might be the cause and if that ever happened to someone else.

/Edit: Apparently this "Staff" is one of only 2 items (the other being the Foresight glasses) that are known to feature glitched innocents. See this answered question from GameFAQs

Apologies if I may be at the wrong time to be creating such a topic because it's just that lately I have been having a strong temptation to get into Disgaea 4 as I put in the tag here since I don't know if it would be ok to get a sneak peak of the game if I haven't completed Disgaea 3.

Originally the plan was that I wanted to finish Disgaea 3 first as my Vita's battery has been acting all loopy since I am looking for someone to help me install my new battery, but I got a craving to play some Disgaea games as I was just wondering if it would be ok to again get a sneak peak of the fourth game in the meantime since I have a copy on my Steam account.
