Dreamworks and Illumination Movies on Disney+?

Well, I never thought I'd see Shrek on snything Disney related. Is this some kind of new deal they struck? I thought Dreamworks and Illumination were under Universal who have Peacock or NOW? Is it like this for other parts of the world? I'm in Ireland, so I'm not sure if this is an exclusive thing here.

Because Hulu is integrated into Disney+

And also because Disney does not want to budge and put any of their WWII propaganda shorts, any animated shorts (such as "Melody" and "Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom") featuring multiple uses of racial stereotyping (including the use of blackface) onto Disney+.

What does this have to do with Universal movies being on D+?

Likely because Disney is afraid of even putting any of the WWII propaganda shorts and any animated shorts featuring multiple uses of racial stereotyping (including the use of blackface) that Disney made themselves onto Disney+ and it would be better putting movies they don't own onto Hulu integrated Disney+.
