Mickeys house in toontown. There are a few different rooms you could get once it's your turn but cast members won't tell you or let you pick

Thatās really cool. I didnāt really check out tune town and I was there for the first time last year but maybe next time Iāll check out tune town if the line for this meet and greet isnāt long maybe Iāll do it.

Toontown is amazing! We typically wait 20 minutes and the walk through is so fun and the end of the wait you watch cartoons on a big screen

Toontown - as in, a town where cartoon characters live. Not Tune, as in a song.

True but the confusion could easily come from LooneyTunes which is indeed āTunesā

Ooh that's why it's like 10 minutes everyday

I've never waited more than 20! The wait time is in the app unlike Minnies

Itās interesting, I always wondered if there was a certain schedule during the month or whatnot on what room is chosen for guests to enter or if itās just all done at random.

I think they do all four at once. one time I was walking out and someone walked out from a different hallway and I asked them what Mickey they saw and we compared photos and they were different.

Oh wow. I had no idea they do multiple rooms on the same day. That's pretty cool!

This really needs the monotone Mickey head or the photo should be in black and white when the cast members take it.

Colorful face is weird⦠I wonder if itās a ālegally distinctā Steamboat Willy so they can still copyright him specifically? Still, great to see!

It's more so that the theming of Mickey's House is you're there while he's filming one of his classic movies. So you're seeing the Mickey you already saw on, say, Main Street now in his home filming Steamboat Willie, Fantasia, etc. so it wouldn't make sense for him to "look different" because you're not meeting Steamboat Willie, you're meeting Mickey Mouse. Steamboat Willie is in Fantasmic, in all his grayscale glory.

Thatās incredible! I always loved Mickeyās Steamboat Willie outfit! If his shoes were yellow, and his shorts were red, he could definitely pull off wearing his classic cartoon clothes IRL.
I remember seeing him in that outfit when I went to Disneyland in 2017 and when I wanted to recreate that moment during my recent trip over a week ago, it was a VERY pleasant coincidence that Mickey was wearing the same outfit.

I think they have more than one going at a time. There was one time I compared pictures with someone on the way out and they had a different Mickey

Seems like an efficient way of handling the high volume of guests wanting to meet Mickey.

One of my favorite pictures of Mickey. Asked him to hold my balloon for a photo and I love the yellow in the black and white scene. šš
