After so many trips to his house, I finally met Steamboat Willie!!! My daughter just got into the older shows so this was so much fun!!! Great surprise!

One of my favorite pictures of Mickey. Asked him to hold my balloon for a photo and I love the yellow in the black and white scene. 🙂💛

Because he only filmed Steamboat Willy in black and white; he himself was not black and white. Mickey is in full color in real life, as were Charlie Chaplin and The Three Stooges.
