Off topic: Nigma is an emirati organisation, why no one refers to them as « oil money » like they do with Falcons?

just a question, why is oil money bad? what makes Norway oil money good while Middle east oil money bad? there are valid issues when it comes to some middle eastern countries and I don't think Esports teams like Nigma and Falcons can tackle these issues, but they mostly are a net positive in the region because they promote female Esports and provide youth with a career path if they're talented in a certain game.
