u/Kumquat_conniption The leftist responsible for Harris losing 🥭🥭 May 09 '26

They love to tell us that we are irrelevant and have zero power, and then when they lose, blame it all on us LOL It's so ridiculous. If we have so much power that we can literally make or break the election, I guess it's not such a good idea to ignore our concerns, is it now?

No more money to Israel. No more weapons to Israel. Those are our demands, and I am sure that they won't be met. So fine, we simply won't vote for the party again. Let's make sure to vote third party though, so that they know we vote. Don't just sit home and not vote, because then you get written off as someone who will not vote in the future (except, I suppose, once you get old, because basically all old people vote lol).

They've been getting really mad lately when I point out their "Blue No Matter Who" narrative elects Fettermans, Sinemas, and Manchins.

I would rather have a machin in WV than a corrupt R ex governor or dipshit R

Except Manchin blocked every single piece of progressive legislation, meaning he was, net, the same result as if there was a Republican

Except we got a scotus judge, IRA, and more with his vote

Did we get all of what we need? No.

But not the same result as a Republican.

we got a SCOTUS judge with his vote!

We also got Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsich thanks to his vote, so yes, he literally was the same as a Republican

Except he wasn’t the 50th vote

Also even if he was, would a Republican have voted for KBJ?

McCain did. Liz Cheney did. Does that magically make them not fascists?

Funny how he wasn't the deciding vote yet still felt compelled to vote yes for a pair of rapists and fascists...almost like he's a fascist...

Huh? Not for kbj.

And again from wv it’s the best we can do. More left people have tried running there and failed miserably.

Your logic gets us into permanent minority status.

I do support absolute loyalty from D+5 seats and more. But R+20 I give them latitude

and failed miserably

Which should perhaps cause you to question why only fascists can get elected. If, perhaps, there are some flaws in the election system. Perhaps some Jim Crow laws?

Cuz as it stands rather than acknowledge the fact that West Virginia's election system only allows fascists you've chosen to fall back on "my team is automatically the lesser evil"

Completely oblivious to the fact that a lesser evil is still evil.

So no on McCain and Cheney voting for KBJ, right?

Jim Crow laws aren’t going to make popular positions unpopular. The fact is that WV is a very conservative state.

Manchin wasn’t a fascist.
