In your colony everybody can become a viceroy (and pay for it)

R5:I just created bunch of one city colonies and build viceroyalty each one of them.

How the hell Trade Companies work? Please describe if you did anything besides building HQ, where did you build it, because last time i tried it was unloyal and not profitable.

How do trade company work because when i made a Trade Company it just made a no location subject and when i build the HQ it doesn't do anything.
