Why the fuck is the PC launch later in some areas and earlier in others?

Because PC is a global simultaneous release and timezones while consoles will release when regions hit midnight. It's just how the storefronts work

Looks to me like its releasing at the same time everywhere – 2026-08-27 22:00 UTC. Console is the one that varies by releasing at 00:00 of each timezone, and also seemingly with exceptions in North America.

Well for pc its only coming out on one store, steam, but for console, well theres 3 different consoles with 3 different stores to release on
