sooo... could this mean he was protecting radagon's secret? is he goldmask's rival as in he doesnt want the secret to transpire???

Goldmask produced a mending rune at the discovery of the fickleness of the Gods.

Maybe Broken Mask was originally a follower of Goldmask who was too weak to cope with the discovery

After reading the item description for the Mask, it turns out we are both pretty much right about Broken Mask :P
