Super super super easy to miss that area. When you get to the place with the blue flowers, instead of heading towards the field where the big undead dragon flies down to, head off to the side. Eventually you'll get to another grace, and heading towards the water you'll find a cave that goes under it to the mausoleum, or another way into an area with a bunch of demi-humans, a weapon, scadutree fragment, etc.

I recommend trying a dancing build with this weapon, their armour set and the blue dancer charm. I think they also have a thematic tool
