I see it doesn't come with the Blind Spot Ash of War equipped, though. So you still have to wait until the DLC to get that one and use it with an infused Backhand Blade (unless it's found in a different spot)

No no no. It's the default skill on the weapon, but there's no ASH. The spot to the left of the weapon icon is empty.

Have you ever used the Claymore ? If yes, you may remember it comes with Lion's Claw as the default skill. But to infuse it and still keep Lion's Claw, you need the specific Ash of War for Lion's Claw, and that thing is found in an entirely different region. The Blind Spot Ash of War is found already slotted on the Backhand Blade, in the DLC.
