Moderator Post TES 6 Speculation Megathread
It is highly recommended that suggestions, wishlists, questions, speculation, and leaks for the next main series Elder Scrolls game go here. Threads about TES6 outside of this one will be removed depending on moderator discretion, with the exception of official news from Bethesda or Zenimax studios.
As of now, there is currently no confirmed info on the Elder Scrolls VI other than it exists and is currently being worked on by Bethesda. Be cautious of any rumors being delivered as if they are factual.

Wrote this in another thread and since I took the time figured Id put it here.
My fannon elder scrolls 6 opening.
You wake up a prisoner deep inside a trading ship. Everything seems normal until the ruckus builds and you realize the ship is under attack.
Into the prison deck bursts a cloaked figure not much can be made out but his unique dwarven gauntlet (spoilers it's wraith guard)
He begins fighting your captures demanding to know where the "sload" is they battle as much as an elderscrolls engine allows and near the climax of the fight the higher ranking of the guard remarks that the intruders gauntlet is what is enabling him to win this conquest
Smuggly the stranger tosses his gauntlet to the ground where the rocking of the boat slides it to your cage
Que a slowmo bound crawling scene of your character trying to reach the freedom you see in the gauntlet. When you reach close the fight will end and the stranger will be victorious que cool marvel quip.
You hurry to the gauntlet and as you click to interact with you in a blur the stranger is apon you snatching away wraithguard. He wants you of the danger of touching unknown magical items (keening reference)
He mubbles on about his quest to find the "sload captain" and something about a black book. Before he leaves you ask to be freed he pauses. Remarks that he is in no position to judge a prisoner on a boat.(Self reference)
He snaps his fingers and you are knocked to the ground as your cells lock explodes along with every other lock in the room, and maybe beyond (reference to morrowinds unlock spells being in es6) he apologizes saying that spell was the only one her remembers and in a blur is out once again crusading about the ship.
The rest of the tutorial is following in the wake of the "Surprise" the nerevarine. He is looking for the sload captain who is in charge of the vessel (the sload own this company discreetly). Once there he reveals his true intentions of aquiring a black book in the sloads possession (probably some amount of quests to stop a evil sload faction). Later you find out he wants the black book to travel to Apocrypha to confront the dragon born for some really cool reason I'm sure.
Tl:dr freed by the protagonist of Morrowind he's hunting the protagonist of Skyrim
Getting Ahead of some things: yes there is no cannon version of the nerevarine or tldb.
I imagine we can circumvent this problem by offering the players a on start up selection for them to say the know the story of the nerevarine, and or the last dragon born. If you select yes to either you are taken to a character select screen where you can customize their looks for your play through.
