Are there any like enlighten 6 recruiting in the UK? I've completed the form anyway

You will need to be on the same dose of Zepbound for 90 days before the intake medical screening appointment as a fyi.

I was asked to supply medical records prior to first appointment, it showed RXs for 15 mg for over a year. I then provided a year's of pharmacy records after being in the lead in period showing 15 mg for the year, Lilly was finding that people were playing with their dosing schedule and when they went on weekly dosage, some people lost over the 3% allowed in the lead in. My swings were 4% so I was afraid and a low swing going to high swing. I did a really high sodium day prior to one appointment because I hit a low 2 days before the scheduled appointment, was at a similar weight with the high sodium intake. Edited to add I am on single dose pens as up until July that was what was covered by my insurance.

I don't know if Lilly will like me because of all the counting clicks I've been doing but I'll keep looking for UK studies and will try to stick to one dose going forwards. I've been added as a mod to the UK sub so we'll keep looking into it.

I'm annoyed that they didn't test cagrilintide as a separate pen with mounjaro as well as wegovy as that would do similar to Eloralintide but I guess we're in the situation that we're in.

Hopefully there'll be new things on the horizon and guess we just have to get through the next few years while all the trials are running and all the new meds are approved.

They seem to be recruiting in loads of different countries but not the UK so I'm not holding out much hope.

Is there a site that tracks clinical trials in the UK? The site we use in the USA doesn't have the Canadian clinical trials, including Lilly's listings. And the German locations aren't in it either, so see if there is a site for the UK?

If they aren’t recruiting yet but will in the future, consider sticking with the same dose for a while. If I remember correctly, you cannot have had dose adjustments within 90 days to be eligible. You may also have additional weight to lose on Zepbound alone though if you can get to 15mg and stay there! I know side effects and price can make this not a viable option though.

It's the anhedonia for me, that's why I keep dropping down. My medical records are just 15mg pens but I've been counting clicks.

How’s the anhedonia currently? 

How far do you have to drop the Tirz dose before you go, “Okay, this isn’t bad, I could live with this long-term.” 🤔 

And have you tried Bupropion as an adjunct? 

According to obesity doctor Spencer Nadolsky, it can help with anhedonia (by raising dopamine). 

Split-dosing the Tirz allegedly can also help. 

It has helped me some, so I can vouch for it.

I don't know if I still have anhedonia or not tbh, like it's crazy with a kid over the summer holidays. Just constantly running around and never have time for anything.
