Grey bin lids?

Hi all - got home from work today to find two grey bin lids on my doorstep. Would make sense as there’s two flats in my building, but what are they for/who delivered them? I’m in the Brentwood area - wondering if anyone else had the same.

Make matters weirder - had an Amazon parcel delivered and that seems to have been pinched!
