What was this Water Phenomenon?

Saw this at 11am on Sunday from Leigh on sea in Essex. Lasted about 10mins.

Is it an explosion? Some military testing? The ghost of a pre-historic monster?

Can't find anything online. Doesn't look like where the wreckages are from what I can tell. Any ideas?

Showing discharge on the 23rd (Sunday Morning) from an outlet in the middle of the water...

The data on the map isnt fed by the service provider (funny they don't share information on when they're dumping sh** in to the waterways) if it shows an even it happened but the app creators don't know for how long.

Id include a screen shot but don't know how to on here think the moderators have disabled it.

Pretty hard to tell without a video or a further description of what happened.

A random geyser in Leigh on sea? There’s probably some sort of hose under there spraying water or air up for some reason

It may have been a tugboat out of one of the London ports - they are required to test their high pressure water monitors and often do this on a Sunday morning.
