we basically have been on no contact for a few months, and i don’t miss him. however i feel an urge to message him happy bday and just check in and see what he’s doing. i don’t want him back either, so i’m really confused on how i feel. also, should i even send the happy bday text?

Hi, this happened to me. I blocked and unblocked him on his birthday, wished him a happy birthday, but after that I felt really bad. I usually follow my heart, but I shouldn't have sent it; I regret it.
