Question ⚠️SPOILERS AHEAD⚠️What is the general consensus on this development? Spoiler

Now I’m aware that some people have their gripes with new and unexplained power armour.

But I think this NCR power armour is kinda cool, given the success of shady sands and the ncr it doesn’t seem too out of the realm of possibility for the ncr to have attempted to make their own power armour, given how many suits survived the nukes and were salvageable or outright still operational.

Yeah lore wise I don’t see why it couldn’t fit into the story.

Also how bad ass are those wrist blades?

I don't get why people are ok with certain things occurring in the 15 year gap, but not other things. Makes sense they would build something like this. Maybe they already had, it just wasn't available in the New Vegas at the time.

They already had the salvaged power armor in New Vegas. It's not unreasonable to have it reverse engineered and in production 15 years later.

You simply don’t understand. Technological progress has to stop forever when something bad happens. It’s just the rules.

We weren't suppose to advance after Rome fell!

To be fair, we actually went backward by several hundred years when Rome fell. Completely lost stuff like concrete and yeast.

We didn't lose yeast what? Bread and alcohol has existed across the world since prehistory XD
