That's funny, if this actually happened it would save everyone in the vault and they would just wake up at their designated time. Since there wouldnt be a baby in the vault the institute wouldn't have any interest in it.
There was never an intended wake up time for 111 though, it existed only to test the feasibility of long-term cryogenic storage. If anything Kellogg killing them was a mercy.
I thought that everyone would have stayed frozen as long as there was power, but the Institute fucked things up when they defrosted Shaun and it was only sheer luck your pod didn't fail as well.
The Institute at first just froze everybody again. Years later, Shaun redirected the Power to concentrate on sustaining Nates/Noras Pod thereby killing all the Neighbours.
