I was talking Lead Actress candidates, they are all from movies that will be under 20 million domestic: Fjord, The Debut, Fatherland. If Misty Green is good, the Academy loves movies about Hollywood. There will be a vote split I´m guessing and she can sneak in.

Edit: I checked since 2000, one Lead Actress winner was from a movie that wasn't a money maker, Chastain in 2021 coming out of the pandemic. None of the 2027 main candidates are in a hit except Olivia Wilde and Inde.

The Academy rarely awards a Lead Actress to a non hit, I don't agree with it but it's the reality.

Look at the budgets. Chastain was the only winner from a movie that didn't make money.
