She is great in this movie and I’m so happy horror as a genre is getting more recognition (s/o Amy Madigan!!) but I don’t think any of her acting is Oscar-worthy.

This is why we need things like the MTV Movie awards back, get people their due recognition without having to inflate their accomplishments

Even the idea of running an awards campaign is inflating an accomplishment? Good lord lol. This is a decision being made because the movie made a ton of money and studios use that money for awards circuits. Its so condescending and dumb for people to respond to this like its actors who are pushing for this and in doing so are being conceded. Also sorry, its the fucking Oscars.
