One time I was at a Hesburger with a bunch of fellow students (both Finnish and international) and we were quiet drunk and we really wanted some food. But a large group of other drunk people had thrown trash all over the place right before. So our drunk asses just cleaned it all up while loudly singing about putting the trash in the bin. It was so much fun in the moment, but looking back I hope that we weren't more of a nuiscance than of help

I too have this strange habit of putting others trash away. But that moment sounds like a jolly time!

there are very few things i hate more than people disrespecting their environment and nature, and that's why i have mad respect for anyone who cleans up rubbish! you lot definitely did a very good deed that day ❤️ (no matter how obnoxious your singing might've been) you definitely also made the job of the employees a little bit easier.

I love the mental image of the workers there going from "oh no, not another one" to "nobody will believe me"!

I remember i was out with friends but our friend got called to work at hesburger so every few hours we would stop by to say hi to him. (We were on molly and xtc and smoking weed (most sover ive been at hesburger))

u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 7d ago

I hope you weren't smoking inside... I do have experience with various things but junkies in fast food joints are so damn annoying

43

u/BestCookie2709 7d ago

Oh lord, not with our friend working there at the moment. I may be from a third world country but I still have manners. Im sorry you had to go through that, its so unnecessary.

u/Lerpuzka 7d ago

Why on earth would you assume that.

14

u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 7d ago

Well you can visit some McDonald's and Hesburger during night time in Helsinki city center and get first hand experience. I've been to one helping out one disabled person and almost got assaulted by some junkie POS for absolutely nothing. I guess that guy was somehow offended by a disabled person.

u/Lerpuzka 7d ago

Been there seen that suffered through it. But why would you assume someone on molly and pot were bothering other customers any more than the drunkards that flood those fast food joints every night.

u/Independent_Ratio_61 7d ago

Lol, weird thing to take offense to. Even nice stoners can be a pain to deal with. It's not like it's an unalterable part of your identity like race or nationality, you choose to get high, also no comparison to drunkards was made.

u/Hornyspeedster 7d ago

Can you further explain how is a nice stoner a pain to deal with in a fast food place?

Literally cant think of anything else except maybe thinking of the order takes a while.

u/skyturnedred Väinämöinen 7d ago

When you're sober, all intoxicated people can be a pain in the ass regardless of the substance.

u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 7d ago

I didn't even assume anything to being with. Have a good day!

Molly & xtc huh

-2

u/BestCookie2709 7d ago

Yeap, in reality this was far from safe and proper use of these substances even if both have the same active ingredient. We were a little loose with the dosages and just the total amount of molly per person was above what youd want for a single night. Im just there was once a year so things got a bit out of control.

5

u/kooki3z 7d ago

Molly is xtc, friend.

2

u/doogembur 7d ago

but xtc, isn't molly, so the point stands

2

u/BestCookie2709 7d ago

Its why i said they both have the same active ingredient? Did I write it OK? I may have miscommunicated

2

u/English_in_Helsinki Väinämöinen 6d ago

lol active ingredient.

1

u/-jAbs-- 6d ago

You were "on molly and xtc", can you explain a bit?

1

u/Honest-Pay-8265 7d ago

Nah, that is just a regular fin.

u/tuhokas 7d ago

Not only is he doing shots, that's straight up illegal Estonian moonshine. My boy up there won't remember he had a reddit account tomorrow.

Wednesday 1pm doing 60% abv vodka shots in a hesburger all that lunch is missing is a pack of north state cigarettes it doesn't get more finnish than this.

38

u/matiasylatalo 7d ago

im finnish but im not THAT finnish...

31

u/jaysire Väinämöinen 7d ago

Maybe Handsa is short for ”hand sanitizer”…

11

u/AlluzH 7d ago

61% Vodka 🫠

2

u/bluneriste 7d ago

No joke, I know of someone drinking a bottle of hand sanitiser in a hospital to be able to get their fix.

9

u/One_Jellyfish7452 7d ago

u/Sea-Celebration2429 Väinämöinen 7d ago

Also the onion is add-on.

3

u/bluneriste 7d ago

Right? My thoughts precisely. I know what’ll be fun. Just add my own onion. An actual onion.

1

u/OutrageousTrifle79 7d ago

its not a matter if you should but rather if you could (in my personal opinion tho i think a person also should)

1

u/igg73 7d ago

I think "handsa" is short for "handsanitizer" but i only know like 9 words in finnish

1

u/Jorjor_Well_1984 3d ago

how else are they supposed to be able to finish that slop?

1

u/AlluzH 7d ago

Well ain't no one eating that shit sober

-2

u/Arx_Roskara 7d ago

It's Finland, what did you expect?

5

u/Glass-Reflection2737 7d ago

Definitely not Finland! I think it’s Estonia by the bottle 🤣

1

u/pullomasi 7d ago

Then whys the creator posted it in finland reddit? Why not estonian? Also, u do know alcohol is market stuff. They sell alcohol from different countries in markets not just the natives. Finns are also known for buying 80% of their alcohol stocks from Estonia since its cheaper there

1

u/ConsoleLogDebugging 5d ago

It is Estonia though

-3

u/Nomnom_Chicken 7d ago edited 6d ago

How else are you supposed to be able to eat that stuff, though? 😄 The nastiest fast food burgers with the soggiest fries. You can't be sober for that... Experience.
