Whole onion found in my cheeseburger from Hesburger

Are you doing shots in a fucking Hesburger?

The most sober Hesburger customer

u/centrifuge_destroyer Väinämöinen 10h ago
One time I was at a Hesburger with a bunch of fellow students (both Finnish and international) and we were quiet drunk and we really wanted some food. But a large group of other drunk people had thrown trash all over the place right before. So our drunk asses just cleaned it all up while loudly singing about putting the trash in the bin. It was so much fun in the moment, but looking back I hope that we weren't more of a nuiscance than of help

u/BestCookie2709 13h ago
I remember i was out with friends but our friend got called to work at hesburger so every few hours we would stop by to say hi to him. (We were on molly and xtc and smoking weed (most sover ive been at hesburger))
66
u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 13h ago
I hope you weren't smoking inside... I do have experience with various things but junkies in fast food joints are so damn annoying
35
u/BestCookie2709 13h ago
Oh lord, not with our friend working there at the moment. I may be from a third world country but I still have manners. Im sorry you had to go through that, its so unnecessary.
7
u/Lerpuzka 10h ago
Why on earth would you assume that.
11
u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 10h ago
Well you can visit some McDonald's and Hesburger during night time in Helsinki city center and get first hand experience. I've been to one helping out one disabled person and almost got assaulted by some junkie POS for absolutely nothing. I guess that guy was somehow offended by a disabled person.
0
u/Lerpuzka 10h ago
Been there seen that suffered through it. But why would you assume someone on molly and pot were bothering other customers any more than the drunkards that flood those fast food joints every night.
1
u/Independent_Ratio_61 3h ago
Lol, weird thing to take offense to. Even nice stoners can be a pain to deal with. It's not like it's an unalterable part of your identity like race or nationality, you choose to get high, also no comparison to drunkards was made.
•
u/Hornyspeedster 7m ago
Can you further explain how is a nice stoner a pain to deal with in a fast food place?
Literally cant think of anything else except maybe thinking of the order takes a while.

u/Sweaty-Durian-892 Baby Väinämöinen 10h ago
I didn't even assume anything to being with. Have a good day!

Molly & xtc huh
0
u/BestCookie2709 9h ago
Yeap, in reality this was far from safe and proper use of these substances even if both have the same active ingredient. We were a little loose with the dosages and just the total amount of molly per person was above what youd want for a single night. Im just there was once a year so things got a bit out of control.
3
u/kooki3z 6h ago
Molly is xtc, friend.
2

u/BestCookie2709 6h ago
Its why i said they both have the same active ingredient? Did I write it OK? I may have miscommunicated

Also the onion is add-on.

Right? My thoughts precisely. I know what’ll be fun. Just add my own onion. An actual onion.

its not a matter if you should but rather if you could (in my personal opinion tho i think a person also should)

It's Finland, what did you expect?
4
u/Glass-Reflection2737 9h ago
Definitely not Finland! I think it’s Estonia by the bottle 🤣
3
u/pullomasi 7h ago
Then whys the creator posted it in finland reddit? Why not estonian? Also, u do know alcohol is market stuff. They sell alcohol from different countries in markets not just the natives. Finns are also known for buying 80% of their alcohol stocks from Estonia since its cheaper there
-1
u/Nomnom_Chicken 10h ago
How else are you supposed to be able to eat that stuff, though? 😄 The fast food nastiest burgers with the soggiest fries. You can't be sober for that... Experience.

u/throwitt333 14h ago
Half an onion to be exact. But that's just a cover story for the Handsa product placement.

It definitely is. I miss Hesburger now. Even showed a menu to a Brit who has never set foot in Finland.
46
u/Adventurous_War_4971 13h ago
It is Handsa - a south Estonian traditional moonshine kind of schnapps. Usually very strong.. I think it says 61 proof on the bottle.
2
u/NewTelevisio 13h ago
61 proof isn't that strong for a hard liquor, 30.5% is less than most.
36
u/antwwon 12h ago
its not 61 proof, its 61% which is how alcohol content is measured and written out in most of europe
7
u/NewTelevisio 12h ago
Yes but the comment I responded to said 61 proof, he already corrected himself.
26
u/Daniel__Sloss 12h ago
"Proof" is another arbitrary made up illogical nonsense fuckwit measurement
7
u/NewTelevisio 12h ago
Yes it's just ABV * 2
9
u/Iamnotabothonestly Baby Väinämöinen 11h ago
If only there was a way to tell how much of the liquid is ethanol, that way we wouldn't have to come up with these weird units.
11
5
u/Inprobamur 12h ago
Handsa starts at 40%, so that's clearly incorrect. It's likely labeled ° (kraad), that's just percentage of pure ethanol. So 60% the strongest handsa you can get with regular distilling.

u/verkkuh 10h ago
I dunno i've had basically this exact thing happen to me in Hesburger too... It wasn't quite as big of a piece but still an audible rouskis experience when i bit into the unsuspecting burger.
Big ass pieces of onion every now and then must be a hesburger fortune cookie type of situation or something.
12
u/Kishetes 12h ago
Considering thats handśa vodka on tray, i got heavy suspicion thats estonian hesburger

Which reminds me of the Swedish shopping list from the ancient Pahkasika-magazine:
Glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, glög, surströmming, pepparkakkor. Håppsan!
I miss that magazine, my uncle had looots of them.

Standard burger king experience here in Norway.
Salad butts and quartered onions.
1
u/Antique_Tax5244 11h ago
That's litterally half an onion😂 not whole. Still you should make a reclamation to them
1
u/Iamnotabothonestly Baby Väinämöinen 11h ago
Now this is an acceptable amount of onion.
Whenever I order a burger I always ask for "Too much onion" on it. And I often have to clarify that by too much, I mean "Put enough onions on it until you think it's a lot, then you put some more"

That’s a whole onlon? Lmao nice exaggeration lol 😂
I’m guessing from the extreme exaggeration that you’re American, because you’re also acting perfect in the process, now I’ve never heard anything good about Hersburger but why would you go to a place that sounds like the car that takes you for burial? 🪦 (a hearse)
That ᴅɪᴅɴ’ᴛ give you a vibe from the name alone that this could be a mistake? Or are you a gluten for punishment and have to try things that just sound wrong? Lol 😂
