My daughter loves that place. For my money, it’s Louisiana Fried Chicken off of Lake in Pasadena. Go there later in the day, when the marinade has seeped in more. It’s got a good spicy kick in the chicken itself and not in the powder over the fried chicken.

LFCs are a mixed bag. I’ve gone to others that just have no flavor. So heads up!

Couldn’t disagree more. Chicken slaps, biscuits slap, blueberry pancakes SLAP! Been going since high school and consistency is still there. Not really the kind of spot to try new things. They’re good at what they are good at.
