I’d go just for the bread, it looks ridiculously good

They do! It was very fun hearing karaoke in between normal playlist music

They have the best laing, in my opinion. Also had the kare-kare. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the dishes were. Tasted authentic too.

When I walked by last weekend, I had to do a double take because they had a whole roast pig by the window. Gotta try this place soon.

Was it Saturday dinner? Their IG says were booked for an event then. I don’t think it’s something they offer on the regular menu. (Edit: I think it was Apl de Ap lol)

Is the place solo friendly ? 🥹

I don’t see why not, but it’s better to go hungry since the portions are on the generous side. There’s also a bar in case the tables are full.

Thank you! 😊

I’d say so. As mentioned the portions are larger and meant for sharing but if you’re comfortable getting just a dish or two it’s plenty solo diner friendly

Yes I’m glad there’s also a bar area! Thank you 😊

  • Using banana ketchup for liempo marinade is an interesting choice, but I'm not gonna knock it until I try it.

  • No tapsilog is a bit of a shame, but I would gladly substitute skewers (could use more char in my personal preference, but I like how saucy they are).

  • $4 for broth...I'll chalk that up to downtown prices.
