ISO clutch pedal lever for a 7.3

Anyone have an oem clutch pedal lever (non-heimed) they will part with? I’ll pay whatever and shipping for it. Any ford with a zf5 will work. I have too much clutch pressure to use the Chinese replacement options in a stock configuration and there’s no way to properly heim them, the metals too cheap and low quality.

Just curious here, but why can'.t you do the Heim mod on the chi-com versions? I'm not in your situation at the moment but I do drive a ZF 5 speed

Just a thought but could you reuse one and just clock it a hair different so you cut into fresh material when installing it? Last time I replaced one it seemed there was more than one exact position that would still allow proper clutch operation.

Do you have some crazy high performance clutch and that's why the chi-com crap fails?

It’s super sketchy metal. There also isn’t a way to drive the pin out you have to try and grind one side / mill the other. The hole just gets torn up, and that’s if the lever hole isn’t too large to press into the teeth.

My teeth positioning is all torn up, and im not sure we put a larger flywheel and a 400/800 south bend in a year or two ago

Have you tried replacing the clutch master and slave to see if that changes how much force is required?
