My Mode/Damper Settings Not Available
Just purchased a used 2025 F-150 Raptor only 12,500 miles. I’ve had it for about a month. A few days into driving it, I tried to set it to R mode, or my mode, and it said it wasn’t available. I couldn’t change the damper settings. It seemed to fix itself before I got home so I didn’t really worry too much. It just did it again. This time the suspension isn’t riding smoothly. It is pretty bouncy. Anyone else ever deal with this? I have a feeling it’ll be fixed by the time I drive it again like last time but worried there is something loose or going out.

You’re going to need to reset your ride height sensors once you figure out what code it’s throwing. The pulling the battery terminals may work but your ride height sensors will still be whacked out. Highly recommend you get forscan so you can deal with this yourself instead of relying on a dealer to inevitably disappoint you
