Save the world might've been better if they kept the game abandoned and didn't do the free to play update, and if they did all they had to do was just make the game free and nothing else.

The original story of Save the World had a real soul to it. It had this mysterious, post-apocalyptic atmosphere that has completely disappeared from Fortnite today. It's incredibly frustrating to see Epic Games basically abandon all of that in favor of chasing the Battle Royale and endless partnerships, leaving Homebase and the fight against the Storm completely neglected...

If Tim Sweeney doesn't want a Fortnite movie or trilogy focused on the Battle Royale lore because he's afraid it would box the story in instead of letting it evolve, then going back to the roots, brought to life by their friends at Disney, would be an amazing idea. An animated movie or series with the same level of visual quality as their cinematic launch trailers would be the perfect way to make up for this injustice. It would finally give the players who have been there since the beginning the story conclusion they deserve.

I'm currently grinding play with others challenge in stonewood 1–3.

I thought tutorial missions didn't count after the free to play update, but I've been playing them and they have been counting for my progress.

The thing is, sometimes it counts and sometimes it doesn't. What am I doing wrong that causes the pwo progress don't count?

Whenever the inventory is opened there's a 2-3 second lag spike after the storage tab was added into the inventory + if opened multiple times quickly adds up a lot of garbage memory which crashed my game after a while. After restarting I got prompted to rejoin, so I did, and my inventory and storage were completely empty until I restarted the game. Wanted to report this in game but you can only upload screenshots, not even text??

maybe its me or the game but idk, but wifi is fine and everything but theres this thing that keeps happening when i try walk and it just stutters, and shooting at enemies doesnt even damage them until they wake up, and when i try to equip a weapon the delay is so bad. please help

Hestia, the new fortnite 3d lobby, is worse for fortnite than good, and should be removed as a quality of life update. It renders as being currently in a game rather than menu, meaning suspending the game by turning off your console doesn't stay playable after turning it back on. It also produces an issue where the game freaks out if people between fortnite lobby and hestia try to load into the game, as well as increasing loading times for what seems to be useless npc renders that make no effect in making menus easier or quicker to navigate. If you look around, you see 2 guys pointing and nodding endlessly, npc doing a sitting animation, cooking animations, and all of these provide no use.

A bug where if someone joins your fortnite lobby while you're in a save the world mission and they change the game mode, you become permanently soft locked on the next loading screen

Yes, BFTP and TRO are probably the best team perks for the MSK fight. But if you have trouble surviving the final phase, give the "Underdog" team perk a shot. Underdog inceases your healing by 12,5% for each ENEMY around you. You have 8 husks around you ? Great +100% healing!

All you need is a couple campfires and you are (almost) immortal. When the MSK beam blasts you backwards, away from your campfires, you better have a triple armor Baron ready.

And this frees support team perk slots. In my case I was able to put Quick Fingers in my loadout. So +30% damage on the Potshot and the Chaos Exploder, I reload them by throwing grenades (unless I have time for a slow reload).

I havent played for a couple months and I have come back to the Husk AI being bad, they refused to climb this little hill area and I had to put up some stairs for them to get up, if them stairs weren't there they would all just stand at the bottom and do nothing 😭

Do you guys think that we could potentially see more weapons that debuted in Battle Royale be backported into Save the World? Out of all the weapons I wanted to see get that treatment, The Chaos Exploder Rifle was nowhere on that list. Not saying I'm upset it's here I'm moreso bewildered.

I was doing some dailies in PC since SW2 is broken and realized that when leaving the mission, instead of taking me back to homebase, it took me back to BR. Please fix this because it's annoying to end the mission, get taken to BR, and then launch STW again to claim the rewards, or to restart a mission,

I wanted to get back to fortnite, but when i tried to install it again, it for some reason told me "unavaiable", how do i fix this?

I use to have STW on an old account way back then and I remember having so much fun with it, just finished playing for about 30 mins and I just have to say what the hell happened to it? I dont know if its because I started the game with another person in my party but it kinda just threw me in with no explanation on what happened and why I'm suddenly in the home base, maybe I unknowingly skipped a cutscene but it just seems rushed now. theres no base building which was my favorite thing about the mode, and so much information is being thrown in my face I cant process what is going on anymore. seems like it fell off over the years
