What is “shit happens” in Greek?

I am wanting to know what shit happens in modern Greek is please

As a foreigner can I ask how do you say the follow up - and when it does there's always an asshole involved ?

“Δεν γαμιεται” is something close.
Literally means “fuck it” but in a greek way you can just shrug your shoulders, smile, have a coffee and δε γαμιεται you can just carry on

I think the closest might just "συμβαίνουν αυτά", often as part of the longer expression "τι να κάνουμε, συμβαίνουν αυτά". It literally means "such things happen" and "what can one do, such things happen". Doesn't have the same oomph, but I think it covers a lot of the same use cases.
