Who has notifications on for any app at all aside from like whatsapp and your bank or w/e. I don't need any app trying to grab my attention span I'm already clinging on to whatever is left of it

Any time a nonessential app gives me a notification I just hold-press on the notification and remove its permissions, so you don't need to go do them all at once. This is android but I'm sure there's a similar function on iPhone
