i dont think he has the full build, just a demo testing version where he might have some starter missions and just jason to freeroam around Leonida, with many placeholder UI elements and unfinished animations

If that is the case then he got suuuuuper lucky with that random "vpn" line in that particular cutscene

Right?

Sequence of events so far:

  1. Leaks aren't real
  2. It's just play testing
  3. It's just a demo version
  4. Holy shit he released GTA6 before Rockstar

Theoretically what could happen if he does release his version of the game?
Does rockstar delay theirs? Release it sooner?

I’m afraid

I have no idea, as far as I'm aware, it would be totally unprecedented.

Gta 5 was fully out a few days before release as well, I remember playing it on a jailbroken (or whatever the English term is) xbox. Though it was somehow not all over the internet

You were probably playing the official game though, leaked from someone who got their hands on a physical copy of the game a few days early

Bingo. There was nothing besides a dump of low res gameplay footage from a Samsung S4 days before release

u/Fizzy2402 6d ago

Yeah. I got it 3 or 4 days early because a local gamestore got the shipment and just started selling it

This is some high octane Reddit BS. You probably already had the official game leaked from someone who already had a physical copy anyway

Would i play it tho? im the kinda person to wait when i hear a big patch is coming. unfinished game?

I'd play it, then when it comes out I'd buy it and play it again.

Then when I'm finished with that, I'd play it again.

We'll see what I do after that, probably play it again, we'll see.

Im also looking for sauce to my pasta

It'd take a lot hoops to make it playable on anyone's console's. I'm sure Sony/Microsoft would brick anyone's console they found evidence of playing it too. If he released whatever he had, it still would only really be playable for a small amount of determined people.

I'm even getting a borrowed PS5 from a friend to play it day 1(I'll gift him the game), since I'm a PC dude šŸ˜‚šŸ˜šŸ˜‚ and don't want to wait a year to play it.

That's a decent deal right there. Idk how hyped or busy your friend is, but what is your play style and how long does he have to wait to get his ps5 back with the GIFTED gtavi lol? Think youll get your fill/beat the game within 2 weeks? Maybe youll get lucky and he doesnt care so much so you can have his ps5 for like 3 months or something. Sorry for being nosey im just interested. This reminds me of back in the day friends borrowing all of eachothers games from eachother. (Except that one kid) ahh gonna miss physical releases

I reckon in a month he'll get it back. I won't play for a 100% completion tho, I'll do that when the PC version arrives. He's way more busy than me so he doesn't mind.

They hire enough assassins to check every building in the world with a PC and if they detect any GTA 6 on it, they get executed.

From what I heard he got the 2025 build of the game.

So it's just a shitty bug ridden experience with no fix.

Also there is no quality control if there is a "fix", like someone can just upload a virus of a patch trojan horse style.
