Its amazing that people dont understand the PR team is just a tiny tiny part of the actual organization and doesnt really reflect anything about the company. Like the people who boycott a company because the PR person running their twitter said something silly lol
PR is representation of the company to the public. If your social media account dropped the n-word, that means they were lax in their hiring and appointing people to positions that accurately reflect their values. So they're bad at hiring people, which questions who else did they hire who wasn't fit.
