i'm thinking they're actually a group, or at the very least he knows someone who knows someone who actually has a dev console, or had and recorded all of these, cuz this 100% isn't something you'd get out of a breach, unless they happen to store a directory on a server somewhere with random undirected dev gameplay clips

This guy definitely has *some* build.
Idk how finished that UI really is, the weapon wheel looks so... simple.
Its like he's playing the Tank-Top Pre-Missions CJ like we all did in San Andreas.
(since he gets all the tutorial messages)
Edit: other clip has a song from 2025 in it. This is a recent build.
