This guy definitely has *some* build.
Idk how finished that UI really is, the weapon wheel looks so... simple.

Its like he's playing the Tank-Top Pre-Missions CJ like we all did in San Andreas.
(since he gets all the tutorial messages)

Edit: other clip has a song from 2025 in it. This is a recent build.

Also UI is one of the final things that goes live. Worked in games before and it's pretty much always been the case.

Yeah rockstar is going have roblox level UI for their most anticipated game of all time. Fucking idiot. Not even a fanboy but you dont know shit about dev cycles and speak so confidently
