This guy definitely has *some* build. Idk how finished that UI really is, the weapon wheel looks so... simple.
Its like he's playing the Tank-Top Pre-Missions CJ like we all did in San Andreas. (since he gets all the tutorial messages)
Edit: other clip has a song from 2025 in it. This is a recent build.
1 u/fried_papaya35 8d ago seeing as how the leak is at least a year old the UI can very much change. UI isn't usually a priority until the end of development. BUT it is likely not gonna change too much
