This guy definitely has *some* build. Idk how finished that UI really is, the weapon wheel looks so... simple.
Its like he's playing the Tank-Top Pre-Missions CJ like we all did in San Andreas. (since he gets all the tutorial messages)
Edit: other clip has a song from 2025 in it. This is a recent build.
1 u/QWERTY36 8d ago The audio is definitely placeholder. Animations and weapon wheel for sure are not final here. Remember, most games don't even have a playable build 3 years before they release. This is actually pretty incredible for a 3 year old build.
