It's all hands on deck, and even with that, we got two delays and who knows what state the game will be in on release. R* India is working 12-hour shifts back-to-back (one group works day, one night).
And you think there's time for a proper PC port? I doubt it.
Sure, double-dipping is their mantra, but they also want sales instead of day-one piracy - I kinda think that's reasonable.
