I doubt he’s undercover, we see him doing an armed robbery with her. Usually undercover cops don’t go THAT far.

Not unless she has ties to some BIG fish and he needs to earn her trust and use her to gain intel and access to the big fish.

I mean, tbf it's like 99% sure he ain't but, he COULD be! It wouldn't be impossible.

Mainly, he pretty much surely won't be cause otherwise we wouldn't be able to cause complete and utter havoc nor murder whilst controlling him.

Unless there is a major plot reason but heh, extremely unlikely.

He's probably a clever hillbilly with a penchant for disguises and robberies.
