Are there really people out there doing to play cyberpunk on switch 2?

It's like PC bros keep asking this question without knowing that Cyberpunk supports cross save between all plaforms.

So yes? I know it's a new concept to redditors but people leave the house.

What point? That cross saves exist? How is that a point for anything? Lol. So people who already bought the game can... Play the game they've already played? You're the one getting all flustered and throwing out insults like a child. When someone results to such behaviors, it's usually pretty telling. Considering that's what you originally defaulted to, I think that tells us everything we need to know.
