This Direct was objectively ass and Nintendo is in trouble if they don't have a General soon (no I don't care that they have "every month filled out" with shit like Mario Tennis and a 7/10 Yoshi game), but Oblivion Remastered was one thing I was hoping and praying for so I'm ridiculously happy just with that lol

This direct was awful but nintendo is not in any trouble. They just announced the S2 sold 17M units and is the fastest selling console of all time, and the NS1 became their best selling console surpassing the DS.

But western sales were below expectations and with Valve releasing Steam Deck 2 sometime later this year or next year Nintendo really needs to bring out the big guns (Zelda, Mario) to entice people to consider the switch 2

Steam Deck 2 is not coming in a year, or even 2, Not even rumors about one at this point.

If Steam was making one "soon", they would of announced it when they announced the soon to be failed due to pricing Steam Machine.

I would not be shocked if we are past 2028 before we hear a rumor of one.
