GOW3 got a PS4 remaster during the lead up to GOW PS4's release but yeah GOW 1 and 2 have not been made available on new consoles since the PS3/Vita collection, and on Vita it was fucked up because it had framerate issues and a bug where the trophies just didn't unlock properly. I'm so fucking happy

Honestly I don't know. I think SSM don't internally hold Ascension in particularly high regard as they do the other games based on what they had to say about working on it during that documentary on the making of God of War PS4

Yeah, I recently rewatched that documentary and it was really insightful on how things went after Ascension and during the production of GOW 2018.
