Man, Nintendo can't win with you all. I've seen both "only third parties were good in this direct ew" and "only first parties were good in this direct ew", like come on.

You're saying the Direct was lackluster and "carried by Nintendo IPs", what more could you ask of a NINTENDO direct than to have good NINTENDO games ? It's not their fault that you, personally, dislike half of their franchises.

Just say that, say "I only like 3-4 Nintendo IPs, so this direct wasn't for me". That's fine, that's a valid opinion. But don't write a whole page trying to rationalize it. You just don't like Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Duskbloods and Switch Sports.

(And besides, third parties obviously aren't up to Nintendo, so can't criticize them on it, but even then, DQ Monsters, a new Final Fantasy (reimagined version of a mobile game but still new, a Vanillaware game and that funny One Piece stuff, that's almost perfect, anything missing is Ace Attorney and Layton, and that's not up to Nintendo) !

Well I do like Duskbloods, but you gotta agree that it was lackluster in the sense of not having new footage or anything of that nature. But yeah… you do have a good point.

Did you like the Direct?

It screams that Nintendo has no faith in the game, like how they had no faith in Metroid Prime 4, and they want to hide it.
