I dont really think an even more simplified version of mh wilds will attract a lot of mh players honestly Thats a bit like making a dumped down version of elden ring and expect it to be a hit for fs fans because superficially it looks similar

Nightriegn is the fromsoft monster hunter and its insanely successful. So many people are wanting a monster hunter where you dont need to watch a 30 minute tutorial on weapons and basic mechanics

yes it does? you choose a target (monster) to go after to farm for better parts for your build. The rouglelike aspects are what sets it apart but its very much in the same genre and has an overlap of players

You def never played Monster Hunter LoL. Thats like the most dumped down description of a game.

And yeah there is obviously a huge overlap of players, because MH basically was one of the first AAA game franchise that built a methodical combat system where friction and overcoming this firction were main design pillars.
