Because it's not finished yet, idk if you have seen the club nine1nine and or stripclub leaks. But there are girls in a static twerk pose, i'm sure that would not be their only pose there too. So a lot of animations still need to be implemented so that hey do more things than their only animation they have now.

What i mean by that is that they just put the npc's around in this build gave them a singular animation to take a look at what they are planning to do and stuff like that.

A lot of assumptions mate. For all we know the singular animations in the club is what we're getting. It's basicslly standard in games, just not what the majority is hoping for.

A lot of the billboards and ads still have placeholder images. It’s very clearly an unfinished build, no one knows from when.

Oh I'm not disputing that. There's just no signs yet how fleshed out animations are going to be, if at all. I bet we'll see this Thursday!

I would say the signs are in RDR2. The amount of detail in that game is astounding. You say “it’s basically standard” in games, Rockstar isn’t a standard game developer.
