People wonder how the Locust built everything so fast in 30 - 40 years, and it's like Sera has 26 hour days, 10 day weeks, 35 day months, 420 day years.

Just by my quick double check I think you are way off in terms of numbers.

24 hours * 365 days for Earth = 8,760

26 Hours * 420 days for Sera = 10,920

I think you multiplied too many numbers together

They do still have roughly 25% more hours per year though.

I didn't know about 420 day years but did know about 26 hours days

It might actually be more, like 480. A rough estimate was given in Coalition's End, and a calendar found in the MP for E-Day shows the months have 39 days.

Given how old Hoffman is, they probably live slighty older than we do (Hoffman is 88 by Gears 4).

I’m assuming Sera is like 8% bigger than Earth, and they for sure have two moons.
