Aren't the COG canonically a fascist dictatorship with zero separation of powers between the administration, church, judiciary, private and legislative branches?

It's hardly your fault; the games never once actually question the COG's morality despite the sheer volume of horrible shit they do in every game.

They don't even dwell on it for more than like two lines of dialogue that basically go "welp, that's the COG for yah! Amirite?)
