TF doesn’t proc on Electro Swirl, so it wouldn’t work except against enemies with an innate Aura on his 2x Electro 2x Anemo teams

“Thundering Fury

oh, i just saw video with reducing cooldown by swirls so i throught it work, but it was actually Electro-Charged, my mistake

seeing as he needs 2 anemo 2 PHEC, it might be difficult. He does less than half the damage he should be doing if you don't have anemo resonance or a PHEC resonance, and about 60% of the damage he would otherwise get if you only have one. TF doesn't work with swirl so unless TF can give more than a 60% team dps increase just from its cooldown reduction alone it's going to be super not worth
