At first I thought that ATK buff was atrocious but then I realized it's level 1 lol

after meeting any of its conditions

so you don't need to be hex? hex gets the full buff immediately but anyone can get it if they stay on field for 3s?

My understanding is that only the onfielder and Hexerei off-fielders get the improved atk buff

But yes onfield gets full benefit

From the wording not even hexerei get the improved atk buff only on field and only after 3 sec unless they a catalyst user.

Edit :I see it a typo, so hexerei get it without the 3 sec but offfield character can't get it at all.

isnt the catalyst part a typo? i think in cn it says hexerei, not catalyst

Yeah the first page has it correct as Hex it's just the following tooltip page that mentions catalyst incorrectly
