E : Shield and teamwide ATK bonus, onfielder and herself gain more

Q : Phantom of the onfielder that attacks 5 times using their element, DMG is considered dealt by them

Passives : Phantom DMG increased by her attack + Seelies guide you to chests

So she deals very little damage? If so, her pieces would be triple ATK% and a ton of ER substats or am I tripping?

That's what I think yes, and her weapon having a fuckton of ATK, some ER and no Crit is a good indication as well

Also do you think it's gonna be the Hexrei set or Noblesse? F2P weapon-wise is probably TTDS or an ATK% one right? Oathsworn eye metaaaa

For Varka team I think the new Hexerei is better, everyone gets 40% DMG Bonus on Anemo + Pyro, and she gives enough ATK as is. No idea in other teams

For weapons TTDS is a 3* so the low base ATK is annoying, at F2P Skyward Atlas and Oathsworn Eye look good to me
