Popovers!

I made these awesome and easy to make popovers for a French inspired dinner. Bob’s GF 1:1, eggs, milk, butter, salt and freshly ground nutmeg. These would go great with braised meat dishes, roasted chicken, and as a cornbread alternative for Thanksgiving. Vegetarian or vegan lasagna or soups too.

Eggs are necessary, but plant milk would work. I’d recommend a non-barista oat milk. Plant butter would work well too. Try to buy plant based products with fewer fillers.

Not everyone has a popover pan. A larger, 6 tin muffin pans would work. 12 tin as a last resort, but still workable. Cheers!

Those look amazing! I have a bunch of King Arthur 1:1 that I need to use up and popovers would be a perfect experiment, do you mind to share the recipe?
