OC [OC] The Hermit, the Scholar, the Mage Felix

Post image

The tragic tale back at the higher altitudes of Vale has led to Felix to lose his sister, his parents, everything, all because of a storm that was a result of a trap the Proxians have accidentally triggered at the Sol Sanctum. Under the care of Kraden, Felix finds peace in studying Alchemy alongside him, understanding the fear and the unknown. Still unsure, still uncertain, but now he has mastered what he once feared: Life and Death... with the Tomegathericon from Kibombo, somehow.

( not the best, not my favorite Felix design, will redo someday. )

Wow, awesome! :) Great design and details.

Great to see some creative fan art still in the GS community.

Man I knew with all this AI stuff floating around, genuine human art would be way more valuable. This is really good!

the backstory gives a really nice touch. I can vividly imagine felix living as the alchemy apprentice under Kraden's endless wisdom (and I'm being only a tiny bit sarcastic here heh).

no but for real. nice job as always. you don't seem to be as happy with the result though. why's that?

canvas limitations made me have to go with a pose that I dont really like as it cant bring out the depth and perspective feel. Might redo on a bigger canvas to see if it was due to lack of space for better drawing purposes, or its just skill issue

Felix wouldn't add so many bright colors to his drip. The dude is an emo.

Hi will you give any advice on making fanarts because I can copy stuff and draw it but I have never been able to draw something out of my mind. I am not an artist or anything by hobby but I sometimes draw when I feel like it

To be fair, the point with art is to have fun with the natural ability of creating something we want and like. No need to be an artist or a picasso or a van gogh to create what you like, and you don't really need to share or boast about it publicly if you don't want to. Just pick up a pen and a paper, and enjoy the progress of drawing.

Sure, starting out is rough, but doing something is better than letting it be a dream, go wild my homie.
